Door Linings

We can manufacture timber door linings to suit your requirements, providing you with a solution for any development.

Primed Linings: Door lining material, including doorstop, can be pre-primed ready to receive a paint finish. Our water based acrylic primer also has a knotting agent within it, providing you with extra piece of mind for a good finish. Timber can also be left unprimed ready to stain on site if you wish.

Softwood or Hardwood: Our softwood timber stock is all Vths Joinery Quality Redwood, but we can provide you with any species you require. American White Oak, Beech and Ash are all species that we have previously supplied.

Door Stop: Our stock size of softwood doorstop is 12mm x 32mm, and can be provided cut to any length. We can also supply hardwood doorstop to go with any hardwood linings that you may need.

Custom Sizes: With our in house milling facility, we can machine linings to suit any wall width. Wide linings can also be supplied by joining timber together. Door lining heads can be trenched out to suit any size single or double doors with the tolerance of your choice. Storey High sets can also be supplied in any size with a fanlight above the door.

Fire Rated Door Linings: We can groove out linings to receive either 10mm x 4mm, 15mm x 4mm or 20mm x 4mm intumescent strip. These are fully compliant with building regulations and BWF Certifire accredited CAF 170.
